Refunds and Credit Policy

Customers must provide a written letter requesting the refund in writing and stating the reason for the refund along with a copy of their receipt or charge statement. (Please no fax or emails)

Please allow up to 30 days for refund processing because of the time it takes to verify information and the time necessary for the credit to show up on your charge statement.
If you miss a scheduled tax consultation, you will not be entitled to a refund. You must reschedule your meeting at least 2 business days before your scheduled meeting is to occur.
Since 123 Taxes Online, Inc provides complete tax return functionality for preparing and filing income tax returns, we do not offer refunds on self-prepared online tax return purchases where either the federal or state return was successfully printed or electronically filed.
